The tech accelerator had an incredible track record connecting emerging tech companies with government agencies. In addition, they had formed partnerships with established players in the field such as AWS and Deloitte.
Their challenge was two-fold.
1) Their small team was overly taxed and was struggling to find time to build up a lead generation for their next cohort.
2) The upcoming cohort was focused on space technology companies with 1m+ rev or funding. Not an easy niche to contact especially enlight of the already limited bandwidth.
